Specialties · 546 terms
Specialty vocabulary: English to Spanish
The twelve specialties the medical track's dialogues are built around. Each has its own core terms: contractions and dilation in obstetrics, ejection fraction in cardiology, A1C in endocrinology, staging in oncology. This module gathers them by specialty.
Source codes: MLP is MedlinePlus, NCI the National Cancer Institute dictionary, CDC and FDA their Spanish-language pages, HHS the HealthCare.gov glossary. CF means CourtFluent wrote the rendition and reviewed it; it is not from an official source, so prefer an official rendition when one is shown. A rendition shown with an official source is the safer choice on an exam.
