Anatomy and symptoms vocabulary: English and Spanish

Two registers in one module. The provider says abdomen, the patient says barriga, and the interpreter has to carry both without upgrading or downgrading either. This is the largest module in the medical glossary and the one the oral exams draw on most.

Source codes: MLP is MedlinePlus, NCI the National Cancer Institute dictionary, CDC and FDA their Spanish-language pages, HHS the HealthCare.gov glossary. CF means CourtFluent wrote the rendition and reviewed it; it is not from an official source, so prefer an official rendition when one is shown. A rendition shown with an official source is the safer choice on an exam.
