STATE OF NITA — DISTRICT COURT OF NITA COUNTY Case No. CF-2026-08842 CRIMINAL NO-CONTACT AND STAY-AWAY ORDER Defendant: Hugo Peralta, date of birth March 14, 1991. Protected person: Yesenia Peralta, date of birth August 2, 1994. Pursuant to Nita Penal Code § 24-914, and as a condition of your release and of your bail, you are hereby ordered as follows: 1. You shall have no contact, direct or indirect, with Yesenia Peralta. This includes contact in person, by telephone, by text message, by e-mail, through social media, or through third parties. The only exception is contact through your attorney of record. 2. You shall stay at least 500 feet away from the residence at 1207 Sable Lane, Nita City, and at least 500 feet away from Fairmont Elementary School at 3400 Vista Road. 3. This order remains in full force even if the protected person contacts you first. Her consent is not a defense. Only a judge may modify or terminate this order. 4. You are prohibited from possessing, purchasing, or carrying any firearm or ammunition while this order is in effect. All firearms must be surrendered to the Nita City Police Department within 24 hours. 5. A violation of this order is a separate criminal offense under Nita Penal Code § 24-921, punishable by up to one year in jail, a fine of up to $2,500, or both. This order takes effect immediately and expires on May 19, 2027, unless extended by the Court. Initial each paragraph above to acknowledge that it was read and interpreted to you.
